Kick-off Ceremony: MES Implementation for Texmaster Vietnam – A Korean FDI Enterprise under the Global Material Technology Group

On January 9th, Texmaster Vietnam Co., Ltd. – a member of the global material technology group Texmaster (South Korea) – officially partnered with ITG Technology to launch the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation project. This event not only marks a digital transformation milestone for Texmaster but also continues to reaffirm ITG Technology’s capability to conquer Korean FDI enterprises with the world’s leading stringent standards.

Texmaster Vietnam is a member of Texmaster Corporation – a global material technology group headquartered in South Korea, established in 1999, renowned for its passive safety components for automobiles (airbags, non-woven fabrics) and industrial materials. In Vietnam, the Texmaster plant serves as a strategic production center for Southeast Asia, directly supplying prestigious partners such as Autoliv and Hyundai Mobis to serve leading global automakers including GM, Ford, and Chrysler.

As a 100% Korean-invested FDI enterprise, Texmaster Vietnam sets extremely strict requirements for quality management and traceability. Understanding the specific challenges of Texmaster Vietnam, the MES implementation project was designed by ITG Technology as an intensive version for enterprises in the automotive industry, based on practical experience at many large component manufacturers and a deep understanding of global supply chain operational standards.

Hệ thống được Texmaster Việt Nam kỳ vọng giải quyết triệt để bài toán Truy xuất nguồn gốc. Với đặc thù sản phẩm liên quan trực tiếp tới tính mạng con người như túi khí, hệ thống cho phép truy vết ngược chiều từ thành phẩm cuối cùng về tới từng lô vải nguyên liệu, thông số máy móc và nhân sự vận hành. Đây là điều kiện bắt buộc để doanh nghiệp vượt qua các đợt Audit khắt khe từ các hãng xe Âu – Mỹ. Đồng thời, hệ thống còn số hóa toàn diện quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng (IQC – PQC – OQC) và tối ưu hóa kho vận theo nguyên tắc FIFO, đảm bảo sự chính xác tuyệt đối trong quản lý các nguyên liệu đặc thù. 

Chia sẻ tại buổi lễ, đại diện Ban lãnh đạo Texmaster Việt Nam bày tỏ sự tin tưởng vào năng lực tư vấn và triển khai của ITG Technology.
