NIIGATA Vietnam aspires to become a leader in the mold-making industry. Amidst the rapid Industry 4.0 expansion, to meet stringent international market demands for Quality – Cost – Delivery (QCD), NIIGATA has embraced digital transformation through the 3S ERP system. This seamless integration of information is envisioned as the key to establishing a sustainable competitive advantage, aligning perfectly with the company’s committed philosophy.
Consequently, the challenge set for ITG was to establish a continuous data flow from the strategic level down to planning, management, and operational levels. This enables the company to generate precise batch/lot-based traceability reports, satisfying the global supply chain requirements of international clients. Most notably, the system provides intuitive dashboards, allowing the Board of Directors in both Vietnam and Singapore to monitor factory operations in real-time.
Following a period of dedicated collaboration, the system is now fully operational. NIIGATA’s leadership can strictly oversee all business activities via visualized data, while departments have successfully adopted a ‘Digital Habit’ and ‘Digital Workflow’ to execute their daily tasks.
