To turn this vision into reality, KBI Cosmolink Vina has embarked on a project in collaboration with ITG Technology, aiming to establish an integrated management system that connects data across departments and production stages. The project is expected to help standardize processes, optimize operational efficiency, and lay the foundation for KBI Cosmolink Vina to meet the increasingly stringent manufacturing standards of international markets.

Given the specific characteristics of electrical wire and cable manufacturing, connecting and managing the entire production process—from raw material preparation and manufacturing to warehousing and logistics—is one of the key priorities of the project. The system is designed to capture data that closely reflects actual factory operations, enabling KBI Cosmolink Vina to progressively standardize its processes and strengthen its data-driven management capabilities.

At the enterprise management level, 3S ERP focuses on integrating management activities and establishing a unified data foundation to support monitoring, reporting, and executive decision-making.

At the factory operations level, 3S iFACTORY aims to digitalize production activities, covering everything from raw material management, production planning, and progress tracking to quality control, output monitoring, and finished goods management.

Sharing his thoughts on the system implementation journey and his expectations for workplace improvements once the system becomes operational, Mr. Yang Joo Suk, Plant Director of KBI Cosmolink Vina, stated:
