Atarih Precision Vietnam is a 100% Japanese-invested FDI enterprise, a member of Hirata Group – one of the oldest and most sustainably developed groups in the Land of the Rising Sun. The company operates in the field of manufacturing shock-absorbing components and precision die-cutting from various materials (foam, film, adhesive tape, felt, rubber, labels, etc.), serving the electronics, office equipment, automotive, and household appliance industries. At Atarih Precision Vietnam, data standardization is the key to removing ‘communication barriers’ between departments. The 3S ERP system provides seamless information connectivity, digitizing data from the management level down to the factory floor. With data serving as a ‘common language,’ Atarih manages the entire ‘order lifecycle’ based on real-time updates: from sales orders and production planning to manufacturing orders, progress tracking, production statistics, manufacturing management, warehouse management, and delivery. Departments no longer waste time on manual Excel tracking or waiting for cross-departmental reports; instead, they collaborate smoothly on a single platform, providing leadership with a reliable database for informed decision-making.

Currently, the 3S ERP system acts as a powerful assistant for the planning department to accurately calculate material requirements based on orders and production capacity. This has completely eliminated previous issues where material shortages disrupted production lines or excessive inventory led to manufacturing waste. With 3S ERP, Atarih has optimized inventory, reduced storage costs, and ensured materials are always ready without creating surplus.

Leveraging data from Material Requirements Planning (MRP), the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is automatically established to ensure a balance between resources and delivery deadlines. This helps Atarih avoid imbalances on the production line during peak periods. Data is continuously updated in real-time, allowing personnel to monitor and ensure plan execution stays on track while promptly addressing any bottlenecks.
